Pilates is a mat based exercise where you will learn the principals of Pilates through a sequence of flowing movements, including strength, flexibility and mobility.

I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years. I qualified in Pilates 17 years ago at the Pilates Institute London. I trained there with the great Michael King and I quickly realised that Pilates was my passion!

I am the mother of three adult children and now a doting Nannie to Emily too.

I realised I wanted to specialise in Pre/Post Natal fitness and be able to help pregnant mummies on their journey in a safe and effective way. I qualified with Michael King in Pre/Post Natal Pilates and then a number of years later qualified in level 3 Pre/Post Natal fitness programme and design.

Over the years I have continued to teach daily, learning my craft and adding further qualifications such as Freestyle Yoga, Diamond Pilates, GP referrals and Barre Pilates method.


My aim is to provide a calm, relaxed atmosphere for mind, body and soul with a variety of Pilates and Yoga sessions suitable for all. Also to give a Pre/Post Natal service in a fun, friendly and knowledgeable environment.
