VIDEO / MEMBERSHIP / BOOKING HELP
Before Booking a class or Subscribing to my video channel, please do the following:
Create an Account

Click on the Lgin Bar on the menu and create an account.

You will be sent a Verification email - Ensure that you verify your email address when you have logged in for the first time - you won't have access to the video channel until you do

Check your junk mail for the verification email address
-
If you can't find it - check that you have not got any spam filters preventing Wix emails to come through. If you have not, please add " Wix.com " as an Approved sender. This will help you with your online bookings

Subscribe to the video channel
Every time you want to watch a video:

Log In - make sure you log in with the email address that you subscribed with (this is may not be the same as your Paypal email addresss
BOOKING - FREQENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Reschedule a booking
You can reschedule a class up to 48 hours before. To do this, do the following:

Click onto the 'Book' page and log in to your account
- Click onto your Account
-
This will show all the classes that you have booked
-
Select the relevant class
-
Select 'Reschedule'
Multiple Bookings
If you want to book more than one class, to save time, do the following:
-
When you have booked your first class, at the bottom of the 'Confirmation' screen you will see 'Check Out Other Services'

This will take you back to the list of classes
-
When you select 'Book', your details will be completed for you
Booking The Same Class For Multiple Dates

Click onto the 'Book' page and log in to your account
-
After booking your class - Click onto your Account
-
This will take you back to the list of classes that you have booked

Click on the class that you want to book and click on 'Book Again' and select the date
